Patch v282 - DMS 2.3 & Reward Changes

Server Update - v282

In this patch, I have made major changes to dms code to hopefully improve the experience and fix the frustrations regarding dms. Here's what's changed:

• @dms command will now show your weekly progress for weekly rewards.

• DMS has had a major internal change to code structure to better ensure mission progresses being sent incorrectly to the wrong mission, or mission progresses not updating.

• Visitor Bonus has been changed, cash has been changed to: 100 CASH for @ verified , 300 CASH for @VIP

• Visitor Bonus (Avatar Coins) now 50 for @ verified & 100 for @ VIP

• We now log all data for DMS for better debugging to fix issues related to the system.

• DMS Reward have changed:

  • Skill Fusion has been removed from Loot Crates & DMS Rewards all-together.
  • Cash per mission changed to: 150 CASH for @ verified , 300 CASH for @ VIP .

• DMS Weekly rewards have changed:

  • Tier 1 - 14/21 or more missions completed

    • 1x Loot Crate.

  • Tier 2 - 17/21 or more missions completed

    • 1x Loot Crate
    • 1x Skill 1 or 1x Skill 2.

  • Tier 3 - 20 or more missions completed

    • 2x Loot Crate
    • 1x Skill 2-1 or 1x Skill 2-2 or 1x Skill 1-1
    • 1 GEN Coin

Updated total for max cash per day is now 550 CASH for @ verified & 1200 CASH for @ VIP .
